I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. The cable of our door had twisted over the spool. They weren t able to fix it due to it having rusted through, but they came out the following day and fitted a new door. The service was quick and reliable and the door fitted is of good quality. Standard of workmanship is also good.
